Smoked haddock, broccoli and wilted spinach
For all the fish lovers..if you can't stand the smell of smoked fish in your house, then opt for non-smoked and amp up the pepper when serving. The above format can be replicated with any meat and veg when you're feeling lazy and not particularly bothered about the tastiness of your dinner. But it's super-low-calorie though!

Ingredients:

A packet of smoked haddock

A small bunch of tender stem broccoli

3 handfuls of spinach

Directions:

Microwave the haddock for a few minutes until it's cooked through. Steam the spinach and broccoli and throw it all on a plate. So simple. Add a condiment of your choice. They've used ketchup but I think mayonnaise is probably a nicer choice.
